VILLA LARGA is built around one idea — pool, bedrooms and living spaces all on the same plane, open and connected.

Three ground floor bedrooms line one wing, each opening directly onto the gallery corridor, a glassed in walkway with the pool deck on one side and bedroom doors on the other. Step outside your room and the pool is right there.

The primary suite sits on the upper level with its own private terrace. Above it, a rooftop staircase leads to unobstructed panoramic ocean views. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom has a private kitchenette and another has its own entrance from the front of the house which is useful for guests who want complete independence within the group.

• Every bedroom at Villa Larga is generously sized — one of the details guests consistently notice once they arrive.

• Primary Suite (Upper Level) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, storage and hangers, in-room safe, private outdoor terrace.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers. Private entrance from the front of the property — ideal for guests who want independent access.

• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers.

• Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers, private kitchenette with cooktop and fridge. A self-contained space within the villa for guests who want their own setup.

• All rooms include luxury bedding, bath and beach towels. Hand soap provided throughout​

OUTDOOR LIVING

The pool runs the full length of the villa and it is the first thing guests see, the last thing they leave and the detail that comes up in almost every review. Timber decking lines the pool with sun loungers and dining areas alongside. The scale of the outdoor space matches the scale of the pool. Neither feels oversized for the other.

KEY DETAILS

• Check-in may take place after 4:00 pm

• Check-out must take place before 11:00 am

• Final cleaning cost, applied at checkout is $360

• A $500 security deposit (where applicable) held on your credit card is required at booking.

• For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is required. This is a standard part of how we manage longer stays and ensures the home remains in excellent condition throughout your visit. We coordinate the timing with you in advance.

ENERGY TRANSPARENCY

• ***Villa Larga includes 40 kWh of electricity per night, enough for comfortable evening air conditioning throughout the property. Usage above that is billed at $0.50 per kWh and settled after checkout. In practice most guests find the included allowance covers their needs comfortably, particularly when enjoying the trade winds during the day and using air conditioning primarily at night. We share this upfront because we'd rather you know before you book.​​​

HOUSE RULES

• Parties or events are not allowed; respectful use of the property is expected

• There is no smoking indoors and while we love pets, they are not permitted

• Kindly keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

• Accidents happen. Please report any damages or breakages promptly 

• Security: For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

• To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There is a garbage in each bathroom for everything other than toilet paper. ​
