Hecht & Hecht Property Management Curaçao B.V. is a Curaçao-based property management company
providing hands-on oversight for high-end villas and private estates, with a particular focus on absentee
owners who value professionalism, transparency and reliable on-island execution.
Operating from Willemstad, we manage a curated portfolio of homes across key Curaçao neighborhoods, combining preventative maintenance, guest coordination and disciplined operational management to protect long-term property value.
Our approach is informed by a North American professional background in finance and construction-adjacent environments, where accountability, risk management and structured processes are fundamental. This experience shapes how we manage properties today, from vendor oversight and preventative maintenance planning to owner communication and performance transparency.
Rather than operating as a high-volume or transactional property manager, we work selectively with owners whose properties and expectations align with a disciplined, long-term view of property care. Our focus is on building durable, well-run operations that perform consistently, whether a home is actively rented or privately held.
