KEY DETAILS

• Check-in may take place after 4:00 pm

• Check-out must take place before 11:00 am

• Final cleaning cost applied at checkout is $175

• Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 7 days at a cost of  $90

• We collect a security deposit of $500 (applied to your credit card as a hold)

• Water consumption is included in your stay

• ***At Palm Piscadera, electricity is charged separately and is not included in the rental rate. Guests are responsible for the full cost of their consumption, which will be calculated at the end of the stay at a rate of $0.50 per kWh. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit.  We recommend using the air-conditioning primarily at night with doors and windows closed and enjoying the island breeze during the day to help keep usage (and costs) lower.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage energy responsibly.

HOUSE RULES

• Parties or events are not allowed; respectful use of the property is expected

• There is no smoking indoors and while we love pets, they are not permitted

• Kindly keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

• Accidents happen. Please report any damages or breakages promptly 

• Security: For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

• To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There is a garbage in each bathroom for everything other than toilet paper. ​
