KEY DETAILS

• Check-in may take place after 4:00 pm

• Check-out must take place before 11:00 am

• Final cleaning cost, applied at checkout is $340

• Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 7 days at a cost of  $170

• We collect a security deposit of $500 (applied to your credit card as a hold)

• Water consumption is included in your stay

• ***To balance comfort, cost and conservation, Villa Verde provides 40 kWh of electricity per night, which is perfect for evening air-conditioning when windows and doors are closed. During the daytime, we recommend enjoying the island breeze by keeping windows open. If your electricity usage exceeds 40 kWh per night, an additional charge of $0.60 per kWh will apply and this will be deducted from your security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain sustainable energy use. Thank you!

HOUSE RULES

• Parties or events are not allowed; respectful use of the property is expected

• There is no smoking indoors and while we love pets, they are not permitted

• Kindly keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

• Accidents happen. Please report any damages or breakages promptly 

• Security: For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

• To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There is a garbage in each bathroom for everything other than toilet paper. ​
